Appointments
Please call our office to schedule, confirm, or change an appointment. New patients may email an appointment request to us and we will repsond promptly. Whatever method you choose, you will find our staff ready to assist you. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry is a participating provider for many insurance plans. We submit and track all insurance claims for our patients. While dental insurance can help make your care more affordable, it is rare to find a policy that covers 100% of the cost of all treatment. Unlike medical policies that may have a set co-pay, dental insurance typically covers a percentage of the cost with the patient responsible for the balance. This is not something we decide: it is decided by the dental contract purchased by you or your employer. Our experienced staff is ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have concerning your dental plan and benefits.

Payment Options
Self-paying patients, and those with insurance co-pays, may take advantage of our convenient payment options. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards and Westerly Chamber of Commerce Gift Certificates. We also offer extended payment options through CareCredit and Citi Health Card. We do ask that payment is made at the time of treatment.
